In order to cope with increased demand, we have acquired a new bending bench (press brake).
The latest electrically operated Dyna Press model from LVD has been selected.
The bending bench (press brake) achieves speeds of 60 bends per minute.
SPRAY BOOTH POWDER SYSTEM
JULY 2016
Using the new spray booth we are able to automatically degrease larger items (4 metres long by 1.8 m high and 1.3 m wide). This results in improved protection for the part.
OCTOBER 2016
FIBRE PHOENIX LASER CUTTING MACHINE
With the purchase of a new 4 KW laser cutting machine we aim to optimise our service to our customers. We will be able to cut the delivery times for rush orders owing to the new superfast fibre technology. The machine will cut up to 3X faster than the classical CO² laser cutting machines.
The machine needs just 35 seconds to carry out a sheet change.
The maximum cutting thickness for steel will be 20 mm.
Installation is scheduled for December 2016.
